WEST RAND & GREATER GAUTENG
About Us & Our Services
ABOUT US
Meet DogWorks Mobile Pet Groomers
We’re a mobile pet grooming business based in the West Rand, bringing expert care to homes across the greater Gauteng area. Our idea is simple: pets are family, and they deserve to be looked after that way. Rather than asking you to load your companion into the car and drive to a busy salon, we bring the full grooming experience straight to your doorstep.
That means no cages, no long waits, and far less stress for your pet. They stay in the surroundings they know best, while we take care of everything from a soothing wash to a full head-to-tail groom.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Steven Williams
Owner & Master Groomer
OUR OWNER
Ownership You Can Rely On
What truly sets us apart is the personal involvement of our owner, Steven Williams. Steven is a master groomer with 17 years of experience. This isn’t a business run from behind a desk. Steven takes a genuine, hands-on role in the day-to-day service, making sure the standard of every groom is exactly as it should be.
He knows consistency is everything. When you book us again, you expect the same warmth, the same attention to detail, and the same lovely finish each and every time. Steven oversees this personally, so you can feel confident your pet is in caring, capable hands.
HOW WE WORK
Our Comfort-First Philosophy
Great grooming lives in the small things. We take real care with every part of the process, working gently and patiently with each pet we meet.
Some animals bounce in full of excitement. Others feel nervous about the sounds, the water, or the whole routine. We move at a pace that suits your pet, never rushing and never forcing. Water that’s too hot or too cold can turn a bath into an ordeal, so we get the temperature just right and keep the whole experience calm and reassuring. The result is a pet who relaxes, trusts us, and is happy to see us next time.
Gentle on Pets, Gentle on Nature
Your pet’s skin is sensitive, and aggressive products can cause irritation and dryness. That’s why we never use harsh chemicals. Instead, we choose gentle, thoughtfully selected soaps that clean beautifully without stripping or stressing the coat.
Our care reaches beyond your pet, too. The soaps we use are kind to nature as well as to animals, so keeping your companion clean never costs the environment. You shouldn’t have to choose between a healthy pet and a responsible service, so we give you both.
More Than Just Dogs
While the name says DogWorks, our grooming services extend well beyond dogs. Many homes share space with all kinds of beloved animals, and every one of them deserves the same gentle, attentive care. Whatever pet you bring to us, the same principles apply: patience, kindness, quality products, and a finish you’ll be delighted with. If you’re unsure whether we can help with your particular companion, simply ask.
